Terms of Service

Last updated: July 15, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern use of the United Dhillon Trucking Lines (“UDTL”) customer portal. By signing in or using the portal you accept them on your own behalf and on behalf of the company that authorized your access. The portal supplements — and does not replace — the freight agreements, rate confirmations, bills of lading and tariffs that govern the shipments themselves.

2. Accounts & access

  • Accounts are issued to named individuals by UDTL or by your company's administrator. Keep your credentials confidential and don't share accounts.
  • You must be authorized by your company to view its shipment data. Tell us promptly if someone with access leaves your company.
  • UDTL may suspend or deactivate accounts to protect the service, on your company's request, or when a business relationship ends.

3. Acceptable use

  • Use the portal only to manage and track your company's freight with UDTL.
  • Don't attempt to access another organization's data, probe or overload the service, or reverse-engineer it.
  • Don't post unlawful, offensive or misleading content in comments, and don't upload files you don't have the right to share.
  • Shared tracking links show a shipment's progress to whoever holds the link — share them thoughtfully.

4. Tracking data & ETAs

Live positions, routes and ETAs are estimates produced from GPS telematics, mapping and traffic data. They are provided for convenience and planning, are not a guarantee of arrival time, and do not modify any service commitment in the underlying freight agreement. Actual pickup and delivery records on the order are the operative record.

5. Notifications

The portal can send email, SMS and in-app notifications about your orders. Delivery of any single message is not guaranteed — carriers filter mail and networks fail — so the portal remains the authoritative view. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in each message; essential account emails (such as password resets) are sent as needed.

6. Intellectual property

The portal, its design and its software are the property of UDTL and its licensors. Your company’s shipment data remains yours; you grant UDTL the right to process it to provide the service.

7. Availability & changes

The portal is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it fast and reliable but do not promise uninterrupted operation, and we may improve or change features over time.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UDTL is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from portal use — including decisions made on estimated ETAs or missed notifications. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or alters the liability regime for the carriage of goods set out in the governing freight documents and applicable transport law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. Disputes about the portal are subject to the courts of Manitoba.
